SO, WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE SESSION RETAINER FEE?

With your session retainer fee you get up to 2 hours with me at any location within Magna Township. Usually it ends up being about an hour but plan on 2 just in case. Locations outside of  Magna Township will require a travel fee. ( please inquire on pricing)

Newborn sessions are typically done in the comfort of your own home and before your baby is 2 weeks of age.

The session fee is for up to 4 people. For each additional person add $25.

WHY IS THERE A PER PERSON CHARGE AFTER 4 PEOPLE?

I understand that it seems like a lot of extra money to charge per person after a certain number of people. But in my experience, photographing a larger group takes more time, not only in the actual session but also in the work needed in post production which becomes more time consuming.

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS?

Yes! I would love to expand my senior portrait portfolio. Please contact me for more information.

DO YOU DO LARGE FAMILY PORTRAITS?

On occasion I do extended family photos, however it is not my specialty. There is a per person charge of $25 after the intial session fee which includes up to 4 people.

WHERE SHOULD WE DO OUR SESSION?

I love urban, so if you leave the location up to me I will most always choose downtown Magna. I love this type of setting.  I also enjoy parks, farms, mountains, and if you have a beautiful home, we can shoot there too.
If you have a special location in mind I am always up to shooting there, just let me know.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE SEE FROM OUR SESSION?

Expect about 20-30 images in your gallery to view.


HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE WE GET TO SEE OUR SESSION?

I know you will be patiently waiting to see your images and I'll be excited to show them to you. It will take me approximately 2 weeks to sort through and edit your session. I'll set up your viewing session appointment either at your pre-session consultation or at your session.


WHAT'S THE VIEWING SESSION?

The viewing session is where you get to see all the best images from your session and is done in your home. At the viewing session, I'll help guide you through your images and give my expert advice for what works best for you. Please make sure that all decision makers are present at the viewing session.

WHAT'S THE PRE-SESSION CONSULTATION?

The Pre-Session Consultation is when I come to your home to discuss your session.  We will finalize any details (when, where to meet up, payment) at that time.  We will discuss clothing selection, what you want to do with your final images, what to expect at the session, etc. The Session Retainer Fee will be paid in full and a contract will be signed by both you and I.

WHY ARE 8X10s THE SAME PRICE AS SMALLER PRINTS? AND WHY AREN'T THERE MULTIPLE PICTURES PER SHEET?

It takes me the same amount of time and effort to make an 8x10 as it takes to make a wallet.  The price for me to produce a picture 8x10 isn't much different than it is for a smaller image.  You are paying for a piece of art, not a piece of paper.  I do not sell "sheets" (like the ones at chain photography studios), I sell custom art.
